I graduated in 2010 from the University of Northampton with a first class honours degree in Podiatry. As part of my qualification I hold certifications in local anaesthetic and prescription only medicines. I am registered with the HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) CH31842.
I am a member of my professional body, the Royal College of Podiatry.
I have worked for a number of NHS trusts since qualifying in 2010 and for the last ten years I have worked for Buckinghamshire NHS Trust. I am currently a specialist lead, dealing with rheumatology, MSK/biomechanics, diabetic wound care and nail surgery. I have gained a wide range of knowledge and experience in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of varied conditions and patient groups.
I split my time between working in the NHS and for the last 4 years have been working privately at St Judes clinic in Leighton Buzzard, until its closure this October.
I am committed to and enjoy continuing to learn and enhance my skills. I have a post graduate certification from the University of Brighton in clinical biomechanics and lower limb pathology.
I regularly attend CPD courses and conferences, especially in regards to MSK, biomechanics and sports injuries.
